First time ordering, shipping was fast. Got some NPP and BPC 157 for a bit of joint relief and healing. I'm a Masters powerlifter and these compounds are my go to when overuse inflammation creeps up. Mast E to mitigate estrogen sides and just feel great. Been cruising on PSL Test U and will continue with that until I'm out. Will see how this goes and likely a blast with same compounds as it gets closer to a meet, but I honestly wanted to wait until January.

First pin to right ventro glute, front loading 2mL NPP and 1mL Mast E.

SMOOTH AS SILK went 5/8 into the right ventro glute last night. Can't even tell I pinned there this morning.

Will start with 1mL EOD NPP and 1mL Mast E q5 days. Been on Test U 200mg/wk since my last meet on June 25th and will continue that.

I definitely have some fat to lose. I think I have a little room to grow in this class if I lose 10lbs of fat and gain 10lbs of muscle. USPA does 24hr weigh ins and I've been water cutting from 190ish and making 181, then rehydrating for the meet.

Gonna turn this into a bit of a log to keep me accountable.

Squats today.

Quick update, will link proof later

Settled on test u 200 e4d
mast e 200 e4d and 100npp eod

BPC 500mcg to 1mg ed finishing up vial 2
Still tender where I think I bruised my elbow a bit, tendinitis "there" but very bit doesn't get worse or have acute pain when going heavy

Squats have been sets of 405 for 5-8 reps to well below comp depth, and 535 for singles that might be an inch or two high at most

Bench meh... will test it today but backed off the most here haven't gone over 285 since my meet two months ago

Deads getting low reps with 535 and 495 for 7-8 on a good set. My early pulls wirh 496 are really smooth and strong , no belt until 535. Hit a PR 4inch deficit pill with 515

Bw not really going up but doing 1hr cardio 3-4 times a week aside from walks with the wife on the trail behind our house ..npp does make me look slightly, noticeably smoother though even with the mast.
 
Soooooo... ordered some halo... has anyone here ran Mararhon halo yet??not sure how I'm going to approach this yet ... maybe 50mg as a pre workout, or maybe 10mg daily ,, both would fit my goals.

Will have two heavy days a week as my pre workout days, just not sure if the fluctuations in hormone will be tolerable 💁🏽

I've used halo before and ran 50mg Ed and loved it... not trying to blast like that at this moment tho

You do NOT need 50mg of halo! Jesus!

Start at 10mg a day and bump if and when needed to 20mg. 25mg max. Stuff is potent and hits hard. A little goes a long way.

Can't run it long either.

I figured what I had before was underdosed, I'll give 10mg as a PWO
a try and see how it compares.
Marathon NPP is definitely more potent than that other brands NPP...
 
I have the halo from marathon and have used it here and there for a workout boost. One tablet is MORE than enough.
Ok, glad I asked. Def not trying to be wasteful and ruin my tolerance and end up with shitty sides and liver stress.

I'm pretty sure the halo I had from another brand was underdosed.

Do you plan to continue with halo when the bio active line is exhausted? Would be cool to see you get something like MENT or sten...

Front squats, paused for form and explosive power up to 315x1
RPE 7 with 3 sec pause.

Goodmornings up to 405x3 because I have no regard for human life.

Not recorded because I suck ass at them,
but millitary presses to a strict 180lbs

Doing an hour of cardio on workout days
Hills on the treadmill or stairs.
Hoping to lose 10lbs of fat and gain 10lbs of muscle to stay in weight class.
Need to start tracking diet better here this week.

Their halo makes me wanna commit hate crimes and beat teenagers.

I’ve tried up to 40mg preworkout. That stacked with humalog and big bang is an insane combo
 
So, 20mg seems to be plenty as a pre. Will run it as a pre for a few weeks until some longer esters kick in, then back off for a month or two or three and when it comes closer to comp time will run 10 daily with an extra 10 on lifting days leading up to my peak/meet.

Haven't picked one out yet. Something around November-January. Will start looking and planning. Kinda wanna do USPA Masters Nationals that I was qualified for.. but could honestly care less to visit Louisiana, so not committing yet.

I’m just gonna throw this right here because……..

I honestly don’t have a favorite supplier since GC decided to lay low. From my first day on this platform every comment I made had one purpose, meet GC’s criteria to order. But because I like people, sometimes, I want to give a shout out to King Labs. Because here’s the truth, while I spent 1.5 or 2 years becoming eligible to order, during that time 90 to 95% of what went in my body came from King Labs. And during that time I was without exaggeration in the best shape of my life at 51 years old, physically and visually.

I understand that people don’t like that King doesn’t provide lab results. But I have never been stronger or looked and felt better. This is just me putting something positive next to their brand. Thanks guys
