Looking to start GH wanted to get some input

I have been running cycles and doing PCT over the past 7 years. I am 34 and weigh 205 with 15% BF. Over the past year I have ran and stacked the following (not all at once) and all in good dosages

I recently have been looking in to running GH 2iu a day for 5 days a week to get down under 10% BF and maintain/gain lean muscle mass. I take healthy supplements and have a strict high protein, low card low far diet. I dont compete and am not looking to but I was curious;

1. What is a good age to run or consider running GH?

2. Do you think the following would be good to run given what I mentioned;
  • 2iu/day 5 days a week
  • 40-50mg Anavar/ day
  • Clenbuterol

Appreciate anyone who took the time to respond! 💪🏽

GH can be a great add, I don’t think you need to do 5 on 2 off though, would just do daily. Would also consider working your way up to 3 IUs after the first few weeks.

As a precautionary measure though, on top of regular blood work, I always think it is a good idea to get a glucose monitor and check your blood glucose levels to monitor insulin resistance with GH. AM upon waking, and 2 hrs after meals. I’d get a good week of data in prior to starting GH so you know what your baseline is with your monitor since it won’t be as accurate as blood work. That’s fine though, it’s just a tool to serve as an early warning sign.

If you start seeing a consistent uptick from your baseline on the monitor pre-GH, consistent being the key word since your blood glucose will be all over the place some days based on amount of sleep, stress, etc., you’ll know if you need to start incorporating berberine or metformin
 
Ok 5 day a week gh schedule is stupid. It was created for people who can’t afford gh every day.

If you want the best results, pin gh every day, if not multiple times a day. 2iu a day is a low female dose of gh. Start at 4iu a day and go up from there.

I would split am/pm. If you do fasted cardio, gh pre fasted cardio in the am is best for fat loss imo.

Check your fasted bg consistently. You don’t want to catch the diabeetus. Gh causes insulin resistance.
 
Oh and fyi, if anyone says “4iu is too much” go fuck yourself. The clinical dosing for serostim is 18iu a day for kids and converting the mg/kg recommendation, bodybuilders should be on 25iu a day.

4-8iu a day is pretty damn safe. I’ve run 10iu a day for awhile and noticed some changes/growth to my nose, hands, feet etc. But…the mutation physique wise was ridiculous.

I’m running 5iu a day at 6’1” 250lbs close to single digit bf. I can’t grow much more and still make my classic cap. If and when I can, I will absolutely be pushing 10iu again.

Shit…I know a pretty big Olympian who admitted to me he has experience with 25iu+ a day.

Nice. I’m on 6iu daily right now for the past month. Worked up from 4iu pre bed daily. Hoping to run 6iu for a year straight if I can. Growing nice and slow.

Watch that blood glucose brother. 6iu is where I start to get issues when I’m pushing food.

Yes I’m splitting it. 4iu pre bed 2iu with breakfast .I take berberine daily and 500mg metformin with dinner. Just got my glucose monitor in as well from Amazon. My food is around 3200. I’m 5’11 203 around 10% bf at the moment. Probably trying to get to 210-215 ish solid more for the look. Not trying to be a mass monster no time soon lol.

It takes 3-6 hours after injection for full igf-1 conversion so taking the gh right before cardio has 0 additional benefit for fat loss. You'd get a much better fat loss benefit for fasted cardio taking it all before bed.

A simple google search for mean gh levels in the bloodstream after administration show this is incorrect. Peak concentration is between 30 mins and an hour. Even faster if you do it im.

If you pin your gh 30 mins preworkout IM, tell me it doesn’t work ;). It does. With log, it will make your pump so crippling you likely won’t be able to finish your workout.

I’d be happy to put you in touch with the coaches that have recommended this gh timing! Worked for me, I got fucking peeled. But hey, you do and your 3-6hr peak gh concentration timing.
 
with GH...the longer the better...titrate dosage up if you haven't ran it before. Good place to start is 2-3 ius daily (7 days pw). Initially i jumped in at 4iu's and had crazy CT. Backed it down to 2iu's with success. Everybody is different man...so do your thing. this just my personal experience. that being said...best addition to my TRT ever! Gotta run it long(ish) term tho
