Deca is what you want imo and it's time to ramp up the calories and try to get more adequate rest. That'll help you get over the plateau that gets all of us at times. Get them calories and protein up a little more and work on getting better quality sleep will help increase your training volume especially with the Test and Deca in the mix.Presently on Test Cyp 150mg every 5 days, that's it. No real gains on the scale, lost my gut, decent size gains for the first 6 months of cycling this. Hit a wall or plateau for last couple months, that's why I'm picking everyone's brain. Just ordered more Test Cyp so would like to stack something with what I already received to get past plateau.
