As I sit here awake at this hour,Struggling with a few things. I get to thinking. Anything you would change if you could? Anything you wish you could do over? That one moment you may have missed? Or that one thing you’re glad you missed?

Jail, court, drugs, and watching my buddies pass away from 15-30 I didn’t think would have any benefit to life.

7 years removed from all that, luckily my old ways made me able to network and find a place to help me on my fitness journey!

Wouldn’t have been possible at the trt clinic I tried going to. Wanted $325 bucks a month for 250 of test and arimidex that I couldn’t opt out of, regardless of not wanting AI’s. The AI also was $180 of the cost lol

In a sick way, I had to have a terrible 15 years to be able to jump on this board, and some days piss people off. 🤦‍♂️

Either way, love the place. My health was in a bad way and so was my mental before I got on here so. Much ❤️ I’ll be around spending some money with yah while your around brother

Go back in time and not leave the girl I was dating for my current wife. My dilemma now is, after 20 years of marriage and three children, I have to decide whether to continue the relationship or separate. Apart from sex, there's nothing left.

There's a fine in that question for alot of us because if it wasn't for the things we had to go through we would be or have the things today that we love and cherish

Thats tough bro. Are the kids grown?

I don't necessarily regret all the dumb shit I did when I was younger, it definitely made me who I am today, but I've been enjoying a life of focused sobriety so much that I just wish I had done it sooner. But honestly my life is pretty sweet. I love my family, my girl is amazing and beautiful and cool AF, I own a great home and I have my dream job, plus a whole list of fulfilling hobbies. On top of that I'm healthy, attractive, and financially secure. Honestly not much to be mad about.

Make it about the kids, not about u.
The chances your relationship from 20yrs ago still being the same are Very highly unlikely.
The grass may look greener but it just the same old grass once u get there.

Mine is the opposite. I should have married my wife 45 years ago instead of 15 years ago.

This is what i should have realized and put 1st..i was young when i had my 1st.now having few and step kids and grandkids, Yes its all about them now.

I should have never taken a job 5 1/2 hours away for a promotion. It just wasn’t worth only seeing my family on the weekends for 2 1/2 years. I’m back home now, but I am a stranger in my own house. My wife and kids got used to me not being around and I’m still trying to reintegrate.

I’m happy to hear all of this bro!! Over the last 14 months or so I’ve come to find out the most important thing may be health. I have amazing kids, a smoke show of a wife, but I can’t buy health. Has really come to smack me in the face.

The older I've gotten and the more I've watched people around me either drop dead or deal with grueling health problems, the more I've realized that health is absolutely the most valuable thing any of us have. And like you said it can't be bought. You can have billions of dollars and it doesn't mean anything if you're bedridden and shitting in a pan.
