I’ve been running @US-pharmacies international test c for about 4 weeks. 100mg on Saturdays and Wednesdays. I plan on increasing this shortly but wanted some baseline results first. I’ve been in lower dose TRT for a few years, but I haven’t been running my Rx, only USP.

Wanted to share my results and if anyone wants to give feedback on dialing it in, please feel free

Pic does not work for me…

I have. Wanted to make sure it was posted here as well. I know they’ve had some struggles with some product and it’s being resolved, but wanted to share what I’m seeing in my end for everyone
Thanks bro, we appreciate it!

Hi
SHBG always decreases with testosterone — that’s a normal process. Your free testosterone looks great for that dose, but your total testosterone on 200 mg weekly came out a bit low. After 4 weeks, it should already be stabilizing.

When did you take your blood after the injection? Were you fasting? Do you have results for CBC, liver enzymes, and maybe glucose?

From your free testosterone and SHBG, it looks like everything is working, but the conversion of free testosterone seems weak — glucose issues could strongly affect it at this dose.

Personally, with 200 mg weekly split 3 times a week in my protocol, my total testosterone comes around 850–900, though that varies. My free testosterone ends up lower, but that’s how I use it.

Let me know — I’m very interested.

very well Sir - wlecome for voucher : )

Out of curiosity and for TRT reports, have you ever tried subcutaneous injections? And more frequently?

For example, in a system like 70 mg per injection, with 2 days off between injections, constantly looping it — it works really well and I highly recommend it.

Remember, Test C reaches its peak around 3–4 days after injection and then starts to drop. So in my case, more frequent injections with smaller doses gave much better stabilization and avoided estrogen dips, which really improves mood.

Of course, I chose 70 mg per injection, but it’s important to adjust individually because everyone converts differently. If you have the opportunity and time, try a report like that.

Regards.

I have additional labs upcoming that will be complete labs. I last injected 100mg about 3 days before the draw

I’ve also done my subq. That being said, I may up the frequency

Sure, play around with it a bit—that's part of TRT :) The goal is to adjust it to yourself, how you feel, and your lifestyle :) The amount of training and everything else has an impact. When you have the rest of your labs, feel free to paste them here and I'll take a look :) Also, add prolactin to your lab panel—it's worth checking on TRT because even with not very high testosterone doses, TRT can have a big impact on hormones."

What was your dose on the previous test last year?

Last year (Nov 2024) total was 589, free was 15.2 and estradiol was 26.6. I believe at that time I was running my TRT per my GP at 100mg once a week. That being said, I couldn’t tell ya the timing between that injection and the labs

My guess is that your total testosterone number will be a bit higher since your blood was taken 14 days into TRT. The numbers might be slightly elevated now, I think, but I’m interested in the rest of your blood work, so keep us updated — thanks.
