My knees crack pretty much every time I stand up, sometimes loud as shit. They are fine when I walking or running but if I been sitting for awhile they sound like they are breaking, it’s not painful but not pleasant either. I’m a lot stiffer than I used to be I’m pretty flexible for a guy on my size/age.
I’ve had tears in my patella tendon and some arthritis in both knee, they for sure have some wear and tear on them.

I’m sure some of you know what I mean, have you figured out something to make your knees less “cracky”?

I can live with the annoyance so I’m not interested in any surgery.

Try cartalax and or high dose Bpc. My knees are the same as yours. I’m currently not taking the cartalax nor the Bpc cause I get lazy from all the pinning, but when my knees where at their worst they came back quickly. Cartalax is a peptide for cartilage/tendon repair if I remember correctly, not much info out there, but for me it works.

Do you inject near the site or just in the belly fat? BPC is hit or miss for me too,

bro all my shit pops and squeaks.
I do bjj and everyone constantly freaks out that they broke something on me lol.
my knees, toes, ankles in particular just pop loudly constantly.

sometimes the pops are a little uncomfortable, but 95% of the time its just a pop and nothing more, like cracking your knuckles.

i call it my personal alarm system lol.

Gas Bubbles (Cavitation): As you stand, pressure changes in the knee can cause nitrogen bubbles in the synovial fluid to burst
This was my first thought but could also be

Ligament/Tendon Movement: Tendons or ligaments may snap over bony structures as the knee straightens.

Cartilage Wear: Roughness behind the kneecap (patella) can cause grinding or cracking sounds.

Stiffness: Prolonged inactivity can lead to tighter joints that make noise upon initial movement

2mg cartalax is starting dose then it ramps up as high as 5mg, I only used 2mg daily plus 5mg of Bpc daily for a week then 1mg daily. IMO cartalax did most of the work, Bpc is hit or miss.
I’m goin to look into Cartalax but don’t think I got too much from BPC when I tried it for other injuries. Thanks!

I think it’s a mixture of all that 😬

Haha, yeah, I look like a stiff old bodybuilder in the beginning of the Bjj class but when I’m finally warmed up I’m good and pretty flexible. It’s more than once I been mistaken for a beginner, lol, I had a guy come up to me in the end of a class apologizing because he thought it was my first week when the class started but realized as soon as we started to roll (when I was warmed up) that I was on a high level grappler. 😂

Yep, Bpc who knows although most people run low doses and see minimal results or non at all, but I totally get what you’re asking. I have the same cracking knees with no pain or anything, it’s just like I’m 80 years old. I do have lingering injuries in my left knee specifically that resurface on leg days sometimes. The cracking is a daily thing.

I really wanted the “wolverine stack” to work and tried different brands, blends, dosages but can’t say I felt too much difference with BPC sadly. Haha, yes, I know, sometimes I look like I’m 80 when I’m walking, I try to just ignore my pains in hopes it goes away by itself, sometimes I does but sometimes it doesn’t… fvck it, if you’re not hurt, you’re not training hard enough 🤷🏻‍♂️

I was having horrific knee problems. Cracking for as long as i remember, knees ached if i sat to long, couldnt squat. I randomly started doing adductors 2x a week for the last 2 months and almost all of my knee pain is gone. Mid 40s, pain has been here for years.

PRP from a legit doctors office. Also kneesovertoes youtube for therapy movements. As noted above peptides.

Just keep them stretched and I swear by that Japanese ritual of deep squats stretches when Im at home.
I watched my Dads legs go to the point where he cant walk.
He trained for many many years, but he never trained legs.
I'm a firm believer of having strong and flexible legs for life......

I tried PRP but didn’t feel I got anything out of it unfortunately. I’ll check out the YouTube, thanks.

I dont know anyone over 50 whose knees dont crack, I feel like they are popcorn when I squat but when I went to the Dr the X-ray look fine. All cartilage, no bone on bone.

For you guys that used Deca for joint support, what dose is good?

I just added 60mg of Deca a week in hope it’ll help 😬
Its should, 60mg is plenty I usually add in 100mg.

I had some experience with this. My joints are the same way, the crack and pop all the time. Can’t remember a time when they didn’t. That went away when I ran a bit of deca.

Wouldn’t be surprised if you get some relief from the deca.

5mg BPC 157 @ 5mg daily sounds high. Highest I’ve ever ran daily was half that dose for 6wks when I had a labrum tear. How long do you run it for when going thru this protocol?
Never heard of the Cartalax before? Idk if I’ve ever seen it or even noticed it out there…🤔

I've used the BPC157/TD500 combo before but it didn't seem to move the needle much on my knee joints.

Would you mind if I pm you for more info on the Cartalax? I've read about it but it would be nice to discuss with someone that has sucessfully used it to improve joint function.

TIA
