Placed an order for the independence day sale. 8 Titan kits and 1 kit of KLOW. Order arrived quick as always.
When I opened the pack I noticed that they had forgotten the kit of KLOW. Took some pics and sent my order info and the pics to Olivia. Responded quickly and the issue was handled within a day and the missing item was shipped. No BS, no runaround, no problem.
This level of customer service is top notch.
The GH is always on point and if there is an issue they will make it right.
