Hey guys! Glad to be back on ASF after taking a long break. As I announced on my previous thread I have retired from competitive bodybuilding as an IFBB Pro. Since retiring last summer I have been pursuing competitive arm wrestling. Training has escalated quite a bit and is largely focused on getting stronger and better at arm wrestling. The goal is to become a competitive Pro in arm wrestling and make some noise. I still have some normal bodybuilding training incorporated since that has always been my passion. I also still eat like a bodybuilder and that won’t change anytime soon. I’m hoping to share my experiences and journey along the way just like I did as a competitive Pro bodybuilder. Hope you guys follow along and happy to share any tips and advice as well even if it’s bodybuilding related. I will tell you I didn’t realize how that so many arm wrestlers are enhanced as well so it was an easy transition from bodybuilding, LOL. I have been using a lot less of them since transitioning to arm wrestling and I’m actually the largest I have ever been just in a different way. I weighed in at 302lbs after two meals for my first competition. My fasted weight was 298, which is still the heaviest I have been and still have some outlines of Abs. Alright, enough rambling, let’s go!
