K4L Canceled my order after sending payment

I made an order of K4L.is and it generated an invoice with the wallet address and QR code. I sent the bitcoin through Cash App, followed the instructions to the letter and now my order say it’s canceled and that the invoice timed out???

Can someone tell me what’s going on, I’ve screenshotted everything and sent them an email. I’m hoping they can make this right. This is my first purchase with them.

Has this happened to anyone else ?

Shit probably I won’t say I’m an expert on this but I definitely know I sent it to the correct wallet once the invoice was generated, the wallet address in the invoice matches the wallet address in the transaction info from Cash App
