Jumping back on gear after 3 weeks cruise?

Hello To everybody, this is my first thread here, and i needed some advice of you guys, because i was on a long cycle Test E 500, NPP 300 and some orals at the beginning and at the end (2nd cycle - 22 weeks, first cycle was 500 test e, adrol 4 weeks kickstart). For the research i made, you can blast as much as your bloods are fine, so i was interested to ask here if i can jump on higher dosages again, but i wanted to share here my Blood tests, so you, the more experienced users can tell me if its fine based on them to hop again, or wait another few weeks before.
I’ll appreciate all the info i can get. thanks!

edit: the second two photos are during the end of the cycle, before i clear, the first two are 3 weeks later, also the bloods for test, estro, shbg is during these 3 weeks when i was cruising on 200mg/week. im 24 years old. Also i see my shbg is low, what can j do to increase a bit these levels?
 
How important is to jump back into a cycle? If it’s not for a show/competition or something that’s money related I would wait another 8-9 weeks to let your body recover from the abuse. If you have a good training and diet plan during the “OFF” months you should be able to keep most of what you gained.

cruise: 200mg test cyp/w
cycle: 22 wks test e 500/w, npp 300/w, 1-4 adrol 100mg/day, 10-15 adrol 50mg/day
20-22 sdrol 10mg/day started, second week 20mg/day and the last 3 days upped to 30mg.
was taking liv52 with the sdrol.
other supplements were omega 3, vitamin complex, vitamin e, electrolytes, magnesium etc.
 
Thanks for the advices! Ill do what you guys told me and gonna wait another 4-5 weeks to let my body rest. From the first and the last bloods i can see for 3 weeks my good cholesterol upped from 0,54 to 1,04 and my bad cholesterol went from 3,04 to 2,01, asat and alat going back to normal aswell, so the recovering goes well. im a bit over the high end of test on 200mg/w, and the bloods still get better with the period, so maybe i could make some more gains during this period, and jump back then fully recovered.

You can absolutely maintain what you have gained with the consistency in the diet, training and cruising. Honestly, anything more than that is just extra positives. Regular humans can't maintain like we do and if you lose actual muscle tissue it's because you got lazy somewhere along the way.

ive been prescribed methylprednisolon (corticosteroid) for 2 weeks by doc for my atopic dermatitis, ive gained fat very fast and lost some muscle or maybe just definition, but lot of fat gain for sure. my appetite was uncontrollable and i lost kind of motivation, but it is what it is. we keep pushing.

That's all you can do brother, keep pushing and when shit gets hard and the motivation isn't there, you fuckin push harder and get back to where you want to be and where you know you can be. It's not the end of the world and it's okay to live and get off track at times. That's fuckin life man.

Because the body needs to heal and have time to recover properly. Just because blood work comes back somewhat fine it doesn't mean things will not and cannot go to shit real quick after banging the sauce and wreaking havoc on the organs. The type of anabolics one uses is definitely key especially for the harsher ones. The milder anabolics one can get away with it but with Tren, Halotestin etc one needs ample time and then some especially if the dosages were high. And yeah, everyone is different and responds differently and just because you may or may not be able to do doesn't mean the next guy can. The fact that you even asking that shows that right now you think you are invincible and taking the proper time off isn't necessary but anabolics aren't anything to take lightly and they will light your ass up in a very bad way.

I’ve spoken with my coach extensively about this topic and the “time on time off” is a great way to make minimal progress on gear for no reason.

Outside of a prep. Normal dosages of 500-1500mg of gear(excluding the toxic things like you mentioned) shouldn’t require 16 weeks off a cycle, if, you’re eating clean, doing cardio and training hard. If that’s fucking up your bloodwork or organs you have other issues to address

Not at all man I’m a huge fan of health phases. Our bodies aren’t meant to operate under the stress gear places us under.

But to say “time on equals time off” is just bad advice. If your 8 weeks into a health phase after running 500 test and 300 mast, I’d guess most people feel fantastic and their bloodwork is looking better (if it was even bad) than it was after the blast. What are you going to do with the other 8 weeks, keep maintaining and not cutting/growing?

Obviously I think one should do whatever they’re comfortable with.

So you are insinuating that high ranking pros go on a 20 week prep, then take 20 weeks off on trt, and then they go into an off season.....when? Because that only leaves 12 weeks left in the year. And if they blast for 12 weeks to grow, then by this idiots advice, they have to take 12 weeks off of gear.. The math just doesn't add up.
