Been using for months,me & my lady,but then got a little inconsistent, life issues shit you kno ..she stayed on whole time 2iu +t4 for her ,I was using 3-4 iu ..shit adds up quick.so I backed off,she lost good bit of bf and built nicely w just cardio and light legs and abs routine..I'm enjoying that😉

off day,legs are sore as shit from yesterday,raining all day here cant stand sitting around the house so went do 30 on treadmill,hit abs then went walk around lowes lol.ready for the game tonight.
