Issue with Gymntonics Oxytocin, What would you do?

First I’ll say Gymntonics customer service has been great!
Super fast shipping as well.
But my order has had a couple issues one being major.
The major issue this.
I ordered two 5mg vials of Oxytocin.
I went to reconstitute one and noticed right away there was air in the vial instead of a vacuum. I went ahead and added 2ml BAC water.
I know the water is good because I used it last night to reconstitute my HGH and it came out crystal clear.
I used best practices and very slowly added the BAC water so it dripped down the side of the vial. Right away I noticed the puck didn’t reconstitute at all. It stayed solid. So I placed it back in the fridge for 20 minutes then I removed it again and noticed about 80% had dissolved but the BAC water was now very milky with a grainy look. Like gray sand was in the water.
I gently rolled the vial between my hand for 30 seconds then placed it back in the fridge. About an hour later I came back and the puck was mostly dissolved but the oxytocin was clearly bad.
The liquid was still milky gray and grainy. As can be seen in the pics.
I informed gymntonics of the issue.
He told me it was likely not bad but he would gladly accept the un opened vial back and send it to be tested. If it came back good then I would owe him $400.00 for testing. If it came back bad then no further action needed from me and I keep a full refund.
Unfortunately I don’t have $400.00 to spare right now.
So I was thinking maybe I should reconstitute the second vial in a video with brand new BAC water and prove I know what I’m doing.
If it doesn’t reconstitute good then he should 100% have his batch tested. I’ll be out $66.00 but at least then I won’t have to pay $400.00
I’m worried that he could just swap a known good vial in testing then make a post saying it’s good and I owe him $400.00
But if I eat that $66.00 and reconstitute it on video then I’m only out $66.00 and he’ll know he’ll n ed to have his batch tested.
What do you guys think? Is that good?
I think he should honor his policy and at least take back the unopened vial and give me a partial refund and not charge me $400.99 to test it if the test rescind back ok.
But He wants me to send him the vial then refund me until testing comes back then make me pay for it if it co es back good.
This doesn’t seem fair to me.
What do you guys think? Should I reconstitute the other vial and eat the $66.00? Or send it back? At least doing the video will let everyone know there’s a potential bad batch out there. What would you guys do?
