Interesting Study on Social Media

They say that’s why Larry Ellington, I think that’s his name wants to buy tictok. It’s just for the algorithm. Might be time to give the socials a break.

Makes total sense on why. When you're constantly bombarded with negative, unhealthy, emotionally responsive, content eventually your well-being is going to suffer.. or content that you're always comparing yourself to someone else's life.. add on its becomes an addiction to see what's posted. Did I get likes or shares of something I posted it makes you a prisoner in your mind. I once had Facebook back in the day for a bit.. it was nothing but drama and nonsense so I deleted it and never looked back...

They should do a study on the news as well... The most awful thing to watch besides The View... Sky is falling, everything is awful, no hope etc... turn that shit off and live your life...

Hobbies and reading are long-term mental health protectants.
Great post, good study.
