IGF-1 on Whitebox

Got my labs back. Currently running 4 IU of White-boxes dosed in the AM. Had my shot about 60-70 minutes before labs drawn.
IGF-1 came back at 263 with my z-score at 1.4 (high-normal range). Was hoping it would be higher but still more than my normal levels.


For perspective my IGF-1 scores over the last few years WITHOUT any HGH were 220, 159, and 189.

I was running Titans for 3 months and started white boxes about 4 days before draw.

No alcohol. I’m dieting and carb cycling but not ultra low. Low days are 130-150 carbs
