So I have been MIA for the past couple of years. Had a few shit storms to deal with. My baby brother passed away. Wife took the kids away to live with her parents (i fucked up) for 10 months. Had sleepless nights for the entire year. I found it hard to diet or to hit the gym everyday. Still I showed up every single day.

But now I am back. I need your hate to power me. So give it your best shot. This is why I posted this in the pit.

I needed a goal to get myself back on track so I have decided to compete in Jan/feb 2026. Giving myself 20 weeks of prep.

Currently at 286 pounds (im 6 ft tall)
Started my prep cycle
500 mg test
200 mg mast
200 mg npp
6 iu hgh (thaiger)
Cardarine 15mg
Mots c 5mg (4 weeks only)
SLU pp 332
5 amino 1 mq
Yohimbine

Diet : 3200 calories
340 p
320 c
70 f

Cardio 20 minutes twice a week.
On weekends I play padel for 1 hour

Supporting supplements

Fish oil
L carnitine
Magnesium glycinate
Zinc glycinate
Vit B3
Multi vit (activit)
Red yeast rice
Citrus bergamot
Astragalus root
Pilicosanol
Reverse tran resveratrol
Vit d3+k2
Boron

20 weeks is fairly aggressive. Good luck man. What’s the rush though?
Theres no rush. 20 weeks is just an estimated number. It could take 24 weeks. Im not on a big deficit

Welcome back homie. Tbh, you aren't 4/5 months out. You're better off shooting for the end of 2026, not the beginning. Just my opinion. Good luck!

I haven't picked a show yet. I'm just cruising. How ever long it takes. You are probably correct. Start of 2026 will be tight.

It was tough and it still is. Asian families are very closely knitted. He left behind 2 kids who I am taking care of. It gets hard when they ask questions.

I don’t know you but felt inclined to show you the praise you deserve. Taking care his kids after his passing- mad respect brother. I’m sorry for your loss.

Monday : Shoulder triceps
Tuesday : Hams
Wednesday : Chest shoulder
Thursday : back
Friday : Quads
Saturday: Arms

45-minute workout.

Start with heavy compounds. End with blackwidow set

So I dropped to 274 pounds from 286 in 3 weeks. Cardio was bare minimum. I will keep it like that till it needs pushing.
Cardio goes up before food comes down. I try not to introduce Cardio too early. My body adapts really fast and then im doing 3 hours a day near show lol

Also got my bloods done. Everything looks good on this cycle.

End of 3rd week check in.

Im planning on adding a little t3. I have heard these peptides are consuming and i might go hypo.

Theres visible difference to naked eye but not that much in photos
