Bulking, w hat if you are to stick to certain amount of calories throughout the day, say 2500 calories?
All this stuff is a marathon, not a sprint. Its the law of averages over time. One day doesnt sink the ship. However, if its regular then its usually your body telling you that it needs something. Evaluate your diet and look at food timing vs. Macros. For example, Maybe you need more fat at a meal if hunger hits you at the same time each day. Experiment with trial and error, but often times, a small snack of 30-40g of carbs will subdue the hunger until the next meal. If you dont manage the hunger, youre bound to over eat. Feed it, but use logic.Bulking, w hat if you are to stick to certain amount of calories throughout the day, say 2500 calories?

It does kinda seem like an oxymoron. If you're hungry in a surplus, are you really in a surplus.Hunger pains in a surplus?
