I'm trying to understand what the different tests on a peptide COA actually tell you.
My understanding is that HPLC is used to assess purity, while mass spectrometry can help confirm the compound's identity. But neither result alone tells you everything about sterility, endotoxins, or the actual amount in a vial.
Is that distinction correct? I'd be interested in any reliable resources that explain how to interpret these results properly.
