I'm subscribed to his channel and try to watch all his content. Learned a lot from his videosWas looking forward to this one. Despite the struggle with "The English One" and his accent/way of posing questions. Jewett is one of my favorites! Do you follow his J3U podcast? I'm excited for the upcoming community he's launching and the "John" bot/ai he's created.
Same here. Been following his X Frame program for the last 5 months and have had some of the best progress ever. Learned a lot from him. I'm going to join his community, $20 a month but figure that's a small price for what's available there and all he's provided for free already.I'm subscribed to his channel and try to watch all his content. Seriously though, you'd think he would try to practice/improve given who he interviews and wanting a global audience. I was dying laughing in the skip hill episode when he said his daily step count and Skip was just like "DID YOU SAY FIF-TY or FIF-TEEN?" and had to ask like 3 timesIf you listen to anyone in the fitness industry, JJ is one of them. Perfect mix of using science and real-world practicality.
I can't handle the guy interviewing him. I get English is not his native language but despite speaking a little French you don't see me doing interviews in French butchering the language.

Good on you. I've been following John since he hit the scene over a decade ago and he and J3U have been a huge influence on my coaching over the years. Luke, as awkward as he is, is so underrated but also a wealth of knowledge and practicality. Anyone looking to get into coaching, his stuff a must.Same here.
