How much muscle is usually retained after PCT if training remains consisten

Not sure if this has been asked many times, but i've searched for it and haven't found a definitive answer.

I just received my Test E and planning 500mg per week (injections twice weekly). I have AI on hand and HCG for pre-PCT. PCT is also arriving soon so i'm fully loaded.

What should I also do to maximize the muscle I gain on cycle (what split, stuff I wouldn't do natty but should do now...) and how much will I retain after PCT + what affects retention?

Sorry if this question is repetitive, im new. Looking forward to any new info :)

If you keep training hard and eating well you'll probably retain most of your 1st cycle. Seems like once you push past your true natural genetic ceiling is when it is hard to maintain off-cycle.
 
It depends, and there’s no way to give an accurate answer since it varies based on a bunch of factors.

You’ll keep whatever your genetics, MPS/MBP, diet, sleep, stress, training, and starting point allow. Basically, it’s what your body can handle and adapt to.

For example, if you’re already at your peak "natty" physique and you gain a ton on a 2g cycle, you can expect to lose most of it after going off, unless you’re cruising or managing PCT well. On the other hand, if you’re starting from scratch and not near your genetic limit, you might hold on to more of the gains since your body has more room to grow.

In short: muscle retention is unpredictable, and it all depends on how your body responds.
 
No way to give an answer or gauge man best answer I think anyone can give you is to keep food high while mating condition and still train balls to the wall with the same intensity. And get
Bloods done
 
As these gentlemen have stated, just keep eating and lifting. Be sure to be correct via PCT.

Let’s say you gain 10-15lbs during this cycle. You should Be able to keep about 10lbs of that bro.

BUT, you gotta do your part, be on it on a daily basis even after the last pin.

Don’t let your hard work and commitment go to waste.

At the same time it’s a bit challenging to gauge as everyone reacts differently to these compounds.

Think about throwing some Anavar in there too bro, it’s very easy on the endocrine system.
 
In my own personal experience I notice some strength loss within 6 weeks after completing PCT, even keeping training and diet consistent. I was able to keep maybe a good bit of strength up to 3 months post cycle
 
If the muscle gained is within what the body can optimally hold naturally then 100% can be retained. I could maintain all my muscle gains at my biggest for some time. Once i was off cycle. As i still ate and trained the same. But given enough time shrinkage will occur .
