How long does it usually take for ultrasensitive estradiol results?

I got bloodwork from Quest about 10 days ago. I got all other results back within the first day or two but ultrasensitive estradiol is still showing as in progress. Does it normally take that long? I get estradiol test on all bloodwork but I think this this the first time I did the ultrasensitive.

Quest is extremely behind right now…. There’s something going on. I’ve been waiting more than 20 days for some detailed lipid results that should take 5-7. Here was their support response to my email… it reads like the 1st paragraph was automated, 2nd paragraph was written by a person/support.

I have always gotten mine back in well under a week. But they run tests in batches as it is more economical. Especially with tests that are not life or death.

at this point estrogen tests are so unbelievable slow its almost better to just run tried and tested cycles you are already familiar with that you can manage easily with previously known androgen doses, and or estrogen blockers.

10 days to unknown is along time lol

I’ve been using Quest fir two years and both test and E2 are slow, E2 being the slowest, I’ve got to get the blood drawn two weeks before the appointment with my endo to make sure, it’s that slow for where I’m at anyhow.

Agreed. Use Quest exclusively because it’s convenient and the chick who draws there is smooth as butter. I’ve never had an estradiol result in less than 8 days.

for ultra-sensitive it was a "send out test" for the lab I use. It was outsourced and that caused delay

Yeah, got to say I’ve never had a painful draw either.

Quest took me 11 days last month. Labcore 2 days.

every other time take 6-7 days

My estradiol came back in a week. I got a detailed lipid profile, it’s been like 3 weeks.

Yah i tested last month Quest and estradiol took 2 weeks. at least now they give you results for other test when they done, back in the day they would hold until all test were done than give you results.
