It’s good to frustrate the wife, makes the sex better and she will thank you for keeping the spark!like 90-95% good for me.
only thing is with the training and food it gets in the way of life a teeny bit which can frustrate my wife a little.
i do my best to balance everything however. We seem to be in a good groove however.
Haha agreed with the food part. Took my lady and kids out to get pizza once I had brought my meal prep and as we were getting out of the car I was met with “ you’re out of your fucking mind if you think you’re bringing that inside.” I had pizza and it was great. I’ll always sacrifice a day or two out of month to enjoy myself food wise.like 90-95% good for me.

I don’t know man. That statement was strong. You’re just following your goals. Who gets to say when you can or can’t eat a certain food? For the better. Used to be a runner- I was wicked lean, but absolutely no muscle mass. I look back at pictures and think “how did I not start lifting heavy before?” Confidence went up IMMENSELY. Fuckin own the room type of confidence. Woman pick up on it too which is even more of an ego boost. More energy, drive, insatiable libido, and insane strength. Just a significant attribute to quality of life. Started at 30 when I rid alcohol and bad habits from my life. Turned 33 a couple of months ago. Stoked for the rest of my life.

Understandable to think that- let me add some context. I had definitely gassed up going out to get pizza and having a good time. So me indulging was definitely expected, and I had brought that. It was more of a “ are you kidding? You hyped this up and aren’t going to enjoy this with us?” Kind of statement. But I see your point!I don’t know man. That statement was strong. We don’t tell women how to dress.. they don’t get to tell us how to eat. Just my 2 cents.
Besides, you’re literally showing your kids that regardless of the tastiness. You like to have self control and structure.
lol i take my shit with me inside. the few times the restaurant havent let me i just eat it in the car and go meet them inside, or I sit down and dont eat anything and then eat in the car after.Haha agreed with the food part. painful lesson learned. For the better. Used to be a runner- I was wicked lean, but absolutely no muscle mass. Both good and bad.
I noticed more mental strength, like not so sad or depressed and more of a drive to get things done. I didn’t know till after being on test that higher testosterone levels help men’s mental heath. Now idk how true that is or if it’s just in people heads but I felt better.
Bad thing was my first cycle I destroyed my natural testosterone and never could recover from it even after 7 months being off everything. now on TRT for life.painful lesson learned.
