Great mindset! One step at a time.1 rep, 1 set, 1 pound, 1 day at a time
Impressive! Your dedication to organization and tracking is commendableI am all spreadsheets and picture folders. Meals set to alarms. I like being organized. Nothing is ever perfect but it leaves less room for mistakes or getting off track.

That's an interesting approach! Using the mirror as a tool to track progress can be quite effective.Mirror. I used to track progress with a scale, but I’ve found the mirror never lies. As long as I’m training with intensity and to failure, eating my macros, and using adequate compounds and amounts of gear, I know I’m progressing.
Smart strategy! Progress with every workout.Take it a workout at a time with progressive overload.
Efficient tracking! Strength matters most. With apps on my phone, I track all my main lifts. How much I can lift is the only thing I care about when it comes to training, I can manipulate how I look with diet.
100%Efficient tracking! Strength matters most.

Keep up the nutrition tracking! Start small with gym progress trackingI just go to the gym. If I'm getting bigger, things are workin. Only thing I track is my food. Down to the gram, every meal.
Honestly I wish I had a method to track progress.. I need to be better about that.
When progressive overload stops.....its time to change it up.Smart strategy! Progress with every workout.
