How do you track your progress in the gym?

I am all spreadsheets and picture folders. Meals set to alarms. I like being organized. Nothing is ever perfect but it leaves less room for mistakes or getting off track.

Mirror. I used to track progress with a scale, but I’ve found the mirror never lies. As long as I’m training with intensity and to failure, eating my macros, and using adequate compounds and amounts of gear, I know I’m progressing.

That's an interesting approach! Using the mirror as a tool to track progress can be quite effective.

With apps on my phone, I track all my main lifts. How much I can lift is the only thing I care about when it comes to training, I can manipulate how I look with diet.
 
I just go to the gym. If I'm getting bigger, things are workin. Only thing I track is my food. Down to the gram, every meal.

Honestly I wish I had a method to track progress.. I need to be better about that.
