That's great to hear that hitting the gym has such a positive impact on your overall well-being! It's amazing how exercise can help us destress and unwind.If I don’t hit the gym consistently, I feel way shittier. It’s more than just exercise. It is the best way for me to destress after a long day of work. Even on my rest days, I feel a bit more wound up.
I love that mindset! Sometimes just getting started with a light workout can lead to some great gains.Just go to the gym to hit a quick light workout, next thing you know your warmed up hitting those big lifts.
