Wondering what everyone here does, I know you're not just utilizing a calorie deficit and some cardio.

What compounds are you leveraging?
 
clen (40mcg) for 2 weeks then up by 20mcg bi weekly till i hit 100mcg the 2-4 weeks off and repeat,reta and low does t3 (12.5mcg) up to 25mcg sometimes ill add winstrol and low does tren
 
I find it easier and healthier to cut with no gear or compounds. Just TRT and eat 3 small meals a day and hydrate with normal workouts. Anything else is a waste in my opinion.
 
Helios (clen yohimbine) and a little tne every so often back in the day
