High dht levels on trt

Is this a concern at all. On trt. Every other health marker is in normal range but my dht looks like this. I do have some hair loss. Should I hop on fin or dut. Is it dangerously high?

Mon and Thurs. Took test on wed or Thurs with last injection being Monday
