I’ve asked around to a few oldheads. I believe I’m catching on to the high-mid-low carb ideology.
Question: When in a “lean bulk” how do you typically schedule your carbs for optimal insulin sensitivity? Less in morning, more in afternoon? What about before working out? Pre-bed? Before bed, I eat cottage cheese/yogurt or rice and a protein with broccoli.
I’ve removed all sugars except fruits and sweet tea( I’m weak I know it’s delicious)
I did buy a glucometer a while ago, my fasted BG is 80 upon awaking.
Just looking for guidance, rather than chatgpt.
