I jumped up to 4 ius too fast and the first thing I felt was joint pain! Lol. I never got any sleep benefits unfortunately which was a big reason I wanted to try it in the first place.
Definitely feels like fat burns off a bit easier after several weeks, and workout recovery does feel better/shorter overall. I have been sitting on 2ius for around 3 months now, any higher I get some shoulder pain from the water retention. Going to get a blood test within a couple weeks to see if I shouldbtry and go up or not
