I’ve been taking 6 ius of GH everyday and I’m starting to incorporate lantus based on my carb intake eod about 3-6 units I want to titrate my dosage of hgh up to 12 ius everyday but I want to know how long I can sustain this protocol before getting insulin resistance

Nobody can answer your question, only way to know exactly is to monitor your blood glucose religiously especially fasted in the morning.

Don't just start using long acting insulin on whim. Your body sees the insulin in your system even though its not active yet and will dumb the glucose into your body, causing a bg rise. Get a bg monitor for fucks sake.

I have a bg monitor I’ve been monitoring and fasted bg is averaging 75-80

I haven’t yet started insulin i was just planning on incorporating once I reach 12ius of hgh I don’t plan on using high dosages just replacement to keep my levels under control if fasting bg gets abnormal

No need for lantus. Recommend learning some
More before adding in insulin. Not trying to be a dick.

Should I use berberine or metformin instead? I’ve read that it can lower igf serum levels but the extend as to how much they do I’m aware of based on what I’ve so far read

Don't start worrying until your fasted BG is 100+ Then you start mild,
Berberine.

Your BG is perfect right now, I think I can speak for the majority... that
we ALL would love to have our BG 75-80 constantly. (y)

Bump! Because people need to hear this.

Glucose levels dictate insulin. Not “12iu of gh”
