Hey whats your advice brown rice pasta or whole grain or does it matter always eat whole just wondering if betterr benefit from brwn rice
 
If you like pasta check out Barilla Plus... its made from barley, smelt, chickpeas, ect.... its high complex carbs/protein and fiber. Plus it tastes just like regular pasta, in fact I prefer the flavor!

^^^ This. I use this pasta when I am dying for a pasta dish. It is in fact a better flavor in my opinion. Less starchy flavor on my pallet also.

Stuff is amazing isnt it! I make it for the fam sometimes unknown, and they rave about it... they cant tell the difference between it and regular bleached flour pasta!
 
i highly recommend quinoa it taste great, its a complete protein, high in fiber and good carbs. other vitamins too.
