I placed an order today (#163694) and when hitting the BTC option to pay the website seemed to glitch and no QR code or Wallet address was given for me to make my payment for order. Now my order just says payment pending. I have been checking my email and spam folder and haven’t received any payment instructions via email. Any help figuring this out would be greatly appreciated!
