What’s up everyone,
45-year-old Army veteran checking in. Been around iron most of my life—started lifting at 17, got serious about it around 22. My weight usually sits anywhere between 210 at my leanest to about 235 when I’m feeling my strongest and healthiest.

Got my start powerlifting while I was in the Army, and after I got out, I kept that going at my home gym in San Antonio—Olympic Gym (if you know, you know). That place was more than a gym, it was family. Spent about 3 years competing in that powerlifting environment before I gave bodybuilding a shot.

Didn’t last long at the time—and I’ll be real, leg day had a lot to do with that. My legs needed work, and back then I wasn’t too interested in playing catch-up. Since then, I’ve kept lifting as a lifestyle—staying consistent, staying strong, and always learning.

Currently a member over at Anabolic Board (AB) as well. Glad to be here, connect with like-minded people, keep learning, and pass along whatever knowledge I can to the younger guys coming up.

Respect to everyone putting in the work.
