Have i been taking bunk?

Long story short found a cheaper alternative for hgh which was probably my first mistake lol but figured why not try it out got bloods before and igf levels came back at 75 Ng and Z score was -2.4 L and its been about 2 months since starting hgh at around 3 iu daily and got my bloods back and igf is now 131 ng and Z score is -1.1 just wondering if thats a normal boost or if it should be a higher score

mine was 156 before hand, then on 2iu a day it put me at low 300's. I would have to look at my bloods again. it was somwhere bwtween 300-315. I dont know if it depends on age but im late 40's. Im gonna say, yeah 3iu daily should have had you much higher. I dont think it was bunk, just underdosed. Depends how you mixed it though also. if you were using 10iu vials, 1cc of bac water to mix, a pull to 30 on a insulin syringe should have given you 3iu. If you double the back water, obviously would only give you half that, 1.5 iu. You mixing it right?

Yeah i had a 10 iu vial and mixed 1 ML of bac water and pulled .3 on the syringe safe to say it was probably under-dosed im in my early 20s so idk just bought some more from a credible source and gonna see how that one responds should’ve listened to the forums on staying away from xxx haha oh well atleast i know forsure now
