Guys running tren since 7 weeks 100mg, first weeks were bad, all the sides, lowered test to 140, sides dissapeared, then upped to tren to 200, even the sleep, mood, everything was good, except sometimes i wake up 1-2 times at night to piss, but feeling great overall, upped last week to 300, still no sides except wakin a little more, i was doing keto 5-6 days every week, and always when i refeed tbis day i cant sleep, nignt sweats (about them and carbs i know), but now more of a trensomnia than night sweats, i refeed with 300g carbs from white rice spread through 6 meals during the day, yesterday before the last meal i went hypo damn.
what is the deal with carbs? maybe ive been depleted from the keto and for sure my
muscles soaked all the glyco and went hypo, but i was with low blood sugar always before that from the keto and no night swearats, bad trensomnia (in the past i ran 100-150 with carbs always and always had trensomnia), never went hypo that much. so whats the deal? i may go on more complex
carbs like oats maybe? i choose rice bcs it doesnt bloat me and i look the dryest on it., otherwise i can eat anything, and prefer to be homest oats.
