This article not only speaks on the benefits of squatting every day, it also talks about overtraining and how John Broz doesn't believe in overtraining he calls it under-training. His ideology is that you force your body into adaptation. This way of training was used by the Bulgarians. There is no real data or literature that shows an example of their training routines. Just word of mouth. John Broz spent three years in Bulgary where he learned the Bulgarian system.
