Glutathione Sub-Q or IM?

Definitely leaves lasting lumps SubQ. Just finished a 4 week round. Have about 4 lumps I’m hoping will go away

Yeah I didn’t even try it subq after getting lumps from l-carnitine subq. It will leave some lumps too.

As far as l-can just go slow and after drawing it up let it get to room temp. Also use a 1/2” slin pin with it. I’ve had less lumps doing this.

Personally I think glutathione is worse as far as discomfort while injecting compared to l-carn. Maybe you’ll have the same luck I did.

I use 1” minimum in my glutes with glutathione. Lumps stay for days if I use anything shorter

I pin 1ml three times a week and that gives me 600mgs total for the week. IM is the way to go. Be patient with it. If you are fast with the plunger it’s going to be uncomfortable.

This is the way. Pretty much painless now doing it like this!

Also, I have found wildly different experiences with different labs/sources/etc.
I get mine from a compounding pharmacy and it’s smooth as butter. Bought some from a peptide site prior and it was brutal!

IM. Typically the amount of volume you'll need will be much greater than .3ml. 2-3ml is probably the right about given how you want to dilute it down a bit.

Before I got some I read a lot of forums about how bad the shots are. Been getting it from China, 600 or 1200mg and it's smooth

Mines from China also. Weird part is the supplier who’s glutathione didn’t want to fully suspend in BAC (cloudy) didn’t leave lumps after the fact. They supplier who’s glutathione dissolves properly and goes clear leaves lumps for a long time after use.
