Most all of us operate at a high speed from sunrise to sunset. Rush here…rush there….non stop chaos.
With that said, it’s perfectly fine to give yourself a weekly 24 hr break to rest your CNS and clear your mind. It’s ok to enjoy a nice meal and a dessert. It’s ok to skip the gym for a day or so.

There is a life outside of the gym.

While our gym lifestyle is important, don’t forget to live your life….take some time to go outside and just listen to nature or whatever relaxes you.

Life is short….don't forget to focus on what’s real.
