Steps: 6,262 I used today as a rest day after my workout and time on the treadmill. My body was screaming for recovery time. I satyed home from work and I rested all day. Tomorrow is a Cardio only day.

☆Delts - dumbell lateral Raises 30lbs for 10

☆Bicep - preacher curls 70lbs for 12
☆Hamstring - Leg curls 120lbs for 25
☆Quad Compound - Leg press 380lbs for 25
