Test 100 mast 50 Monday and Thursday. Not bulking or cutting or trying to get strong is just keeping what I have and feeling good. I am a true believer in low dosage treatment. It works well
Physically never, but mood is absolutely much better and positive. Sex drive is also solid with all three.

Absolutely my friend. Every day people ask me how old I am. I've not gone over 300mg of anything over 10 years. No blood pressure, sugar, cholesterol or any other issues. I don't take a single medication. Speaking for myself only and not anyone else, no joint pains, stretch mark or anything else that could be related to heavy lifting or excessive gear. I admit I am probably the weakest guy in my gym. Max I do 145 on bench and 35 pound dumbbells. At this stage of life is to maintain and focus mostly on health. I respect everyone's goals and workouts and always say do what works for you.
Awesome brother.I’m 46 and new to TRT, it’s been a game changer. I have the same goals as you — healthspan, strength improvement/maintenance etc. I’m not going out of this world with sarcopenia
