Thats the plan. I found one here
What's your total and free test on 300mg/week and your e2? Don't need an AI if you don't feel or experience symptoms. My E2 on 500mg/week is 55, and honestly that's kind of low considering the ratio of total test , 2245.

2017 - 352.4 and 86 for E2. Whats more concerning is my hemocrit at 54.7. When I run 180mg, its 49. I was a little dehydrated though. My first experience at 250mg netted me an e2 of 186 and I have never experienced sides before. My thyroid was bad though. I was 40% bodyfat though.

Old guys need to be doing cardio no matter what... go find a BJJ/MMA gym and learn a craft, that will get your HCT and HGB in good working order as well, but hydration is absolutely crucial while on AAS/TRT.

This is what I tell all old dudes 😄 🥋 #teamoldguy

Good stuff. I have no doubt that my coach will have me start doing cardio. I think that is what I need to shed these last 10-15#.

I would not suggest BJJ/MMA for cardio to a 60 year old as a new thing to learn. After 60 things just don't recovery like they did at 40 or even 50.

I disagree, Sir... we’re allowed to have that, and I do respect a lot of what you say and post.

We have a few old guys that roll and they do just fine... they're not in relentless scrambles, doing granby rolls or going inverted.

I would suggest a full health workup beforehand. I have no idea what kind of shape this guy is in.

I have 4 kids and work 50 hours a week. My daughter plays travel basketball and trains 7 days a week and needs a ride and my son plays soccer. I am lucky to squeeze in my 7 hours at the gym. I can go for walks or jogs though, which I do not do. I carry a 40# backpack around at work and get 10k steps in throughout the shift. That was always my excuse of why I dont need cardio. My weight loss has been stagnant for 3 months despite eating in a deficit, so its obvious that I need to so something else.

It is for me lol
You're being smart. Like I wrote earlier, I used very low doses through my martial arts career. So from 27 through 37, not more than 300 mg/w and there were years in that range when I was completely off. I always cycled on and off. I always recovered.

Well staring in my late 50’s instryed decreasing my does I’m not taking like test e 400mg NPP 40”mg and masteron 400mg just like a brother told me here slow and steady wins the race I have less sides and things go much better

after the last 4 years with me 2 neck surgeries and a back injury from slipped disc surgeries waiting I’ve kept lifting and the gym but not serious plus i ran out of test e that I had accumulated over the years and my other compounds when indid get serious again nearly all my stuff was gone and I just had to concentrate and regroup and figure out what I wanted to do from here out and I’ll be 60 in a couple months by then I wanna be back at the shape I was in at age 50 which was the best I’d ever been and I just made the decision to pull the triggers on the best cycles I had used in the past to get me back close to what I was
The trouble is that we all reach an age where even steroids don't work any more. You can't cheat Father Time for ever, sarcopenia is unavoidable, all you can do is try to delay the process. I am in my sixties and have just finished a cycle I first tried ten years ago. Back then I gained a good 11kg of muscle. This time around my gains were half of that. And in another ten years the same cycle will probably do nothing at all. That's why you don't see 90 year old bodybuilders I guess.

Hey, I know im new here on this board, but I have been on other boards for 15+ years and in the game for 35+. Mot of the time what people say cant turn you away from what you want to do but I would HIGHLY suggest staying as far away from tren as you can. Its just not worth cutting your life short for a little more gains.

Thank you brother I will keep this in mind.

I hear you. I'm there alongside. Test and GH only go so far but man, it's a lot better than the alternative.

To be honest tren is the only thing that scares me. I used it a few times and each time I was getting the normal cardiovascular side affects. Went away when I went off cycle but one time it didnt go away. It was 8 months later and still had problems. Found out I was in heart failure with an EF of 31%. In the hospital for a week. I managed to get my heart back to normal after a few months following doctors recommendations. My friend does heart catherazations in a hospital and he said he sees this all the time. Young people in the 30's and 40's on steroids with heart problems. Some recover, some dont. Just have to be lucky that you will recover. I have like 50cc's of tren in my closet. Not going to use it again. Not happening.
