Was 245 this morning. After vacay which was mostly me dehydrated while eating carbs I think I am filling those carbs up with some water now lolll.

Today was Push - had a great workout all around super happy with it ! Really starting to get a better connection with my chest that just keeps coming along more and more!

Long time no see. Been a busy month as currently moved into a new house and had to get all that situated. However, no one cares so on to the good stuff.

Things have been flowing well, weight went up and down after I went on the vacay and based around here. I am in week two of my push now and things have been flying. Needing to get more aggressive with the scale to make sure progress is being made in the right direction.

I have two off seasons to get through until October of next year for a show I have picked out. Focus points for growth is Chest/Arms/Hammies (Honestly everything, but those are getting the focus right now)

Current Macros - Subject to change if weight isn't moving how I want. Very low protein guy here.

Been a solid week so far. Weight has actually been trending down somehow even after a little food increase. Body is burning or something. Cardio has been zero as well as every day I add cardio back next day is a bigger drop than wanted.

Going to pull back the reta from here as it has been a little too much this week. Was using max amount I could to control some crazy hunger urges, but now that has subsided and I am getting kicked in the throat lolll.

Lets make some progress whooooop

At some point this past week Reta really kicked me in the nuts for the first time ever. I have used it for a year and this is the first time I have been trying to keep dosing higher through the bulk and OOOOF. Was force feeding almost everything.

Weight did go down, so food did get bumped up.

AVG WEEKLY WEIGHT - 241.1

Food bumped AGAINNNNN WHOOP! I did a full breakdown two nights ago of where I thought I am selling my self short. Sleep is my worse thing. Over the past month I have only averaged 6:15 of sleep per night. That is horrible especially when I am trying to grow.
Solution is that I made a full night time routine and the first night I followed it I smacked 8:38 for sleep. Huge difference and felt way way better.

As I am keeping everyone updated here are the current PEDs 800 Test - 350 EQ - 350 Mast- 6 IUS HGH - .5 Reta MWF - 25 T3 / 100 T4. Decided to save the primo I have. I believe getting my sleep back to the right spot I will see my body take off more.
