So I’m in my early 40s and been working out consistently for almost 2 years now. I’ve been on trt without a doctor for six months now. My levels are over 1k and bloodwork good. I’ve leaned out fairly well. I went from 305 to 225. I’m currently cutting and been on a strict diet. Macro counting and all. I’d say if I keep on the cut I’ll have my abs by summer hopefully. I have been reading a lot on this forum and had a few questions. I’ve never taken gear. I’m on 100 mg of trt a week that I monitor myself. At my age I want to see more muscle gains than I have been. I planned on adding something to help lean me out more as I’d love abs for the summer. Any recommendations? Then either after that or possibly now I was thinking of starting a cycle. I’m 6”3 225 now. I’m assuming around 16 pct body fat or so. I know there is so many options. What would you recommend for both instances? I do plan on continuing trt after if I don’t get hooked and continue gear for the long haul. I also work out everyday at the gym so I’m not worried about discipline. Thanks in advance
