First cycle gains

The biggest thing to remember and I think most guys learn this lesson the hard way, Aas is not magic! Your first cycle you will have some gains no doubt, but it more so will show you that you need to train harder and be more strict on your diet next time. It's a good time to learn about your body and how much dedication it actually takes to achieve your goals.

First oral "ph" cycle was
1-4 halobolin
4-8 halo, methylstenbolone, dymethazine stacked.

Went from 171-199lbs (5' 8")
After cycle/ pct slowly dropped back down to 180 over time.

Took some time and got back up to 190 natty.

First injectable cycle was
Weeks
1-4 500mg test e, 40mg epistane
5-8 500mg test e
9-12 750mg test e, 50mg epistane.

Note: I did not eat to bulk with this cycle, wanted to stay a similar size and improve my strength.

Went from 190-199lbs.
Bf started at 13% and ended at 13%
Post pct dropped straight back to 195lbs, BUT kept all my strength.
Bench went from 295 ish- 365lbs
Squat from low 300s to mid 400s
Dead from 435-500.

I'll also note on cycle I went from benching 225lbs for only abt 10 reps... End of cycle I could do 21 reps. (I bench with no spots, so maybe could've even done more)

Now 8 months later I weigh 194 completely dry and empty.
Strength has slightly improved since then as well.
Today I can bench 225lbs for 26 reps for example.

Starting another cycle next week, and will actually be bulking this time. Should be fun.
 
Thought I'd have a little word in here.

I just started front loading I guess you could call it, at the start of my TRT.

On 350mg (200 pro, 150 cyp) a week - pharma grade.

On my 7th week now, and it feels as if not much is happening. E2 in check, everything else in check and so is my exercise regime (coached athlete).

So far all I have experienced is hair growth on my arms, legs and chest as well as a deepening voice slightly but not extra facial hair as of yet. I am 19, had low T throughout my entire teenage life (low for my age) which could be a result of various things throughout my life.

Basically my question is, could my body need to catch up on some maturing that I have missed because of the low T throughout life? I have an appointment upcoming to discuss this with the Dr, but was wondering if anyone else had heard of experienced the same thing?

So in a way, my answer to the OP question is that my first "cycle"if you really want to call it that, only got me some extra hair and a deeper voice... lol.
 
That's awfully young to be doing a cycle did you see a doctor about your low T and did he put you own anything for it ?

It is really young, but I have never had any T throughout my teenage years, my highest ever reading up to this point was 8.3nm/L. My Dr is the one who put me on TRT, and that's why I am doing this. I was also sent to this clinic he maintains because I am an athlete. Dude says my dosages are a bit higher right now because he just wants to make up for lost time, but I was wondering if that means because I missed out on some puberty, lol?
 
I think you should probably start a new thread and reach out to some of the more experienced guys on here I no there are a lot of good guys on here with tons more experience than me I my self am 37 doing my first cycle with good gear so start you a new thread brother because I would like to hear what they have to say
 
If it's your first cycle......What are your goals??? My advice is too have a GREAT PCT, use some good AI's to keep water at bay................Diet is more important than most realize..............But the real deal is after the cycle training and diet....When you drop weight and strength and you will............most get depressed and give up or worst back on!! Trick there is to have realistic goals....For example,,,Plan on gaining say 30lbs but your end goal is 20lbs,,that way when you start dropping weight you wont be screwed up.......I always have goals, some times I make it, some times I don't..............If I knew then what I know now, my first cycle would have been a masterpiece...........

I went from 220 to 250 and when I came off I dropped down to 235 to 240 I was holdin a lot of water was real puffy I didn't start getting solid til my 4 cycle I lost more than half my gains my first

First cycle was simple 10 wks of test e @500mg. Gained around 12 pounds and leaned out. I lost most of the weight however during pct(illness played big part) however I seemed to keep alot of the size a day shape I had added. I learned a ton during this about how to train harder, what worked on cycle as far as reps and sets and how to dial in a diet. So while my weight wasn't a huge success what I learned made it sucessful
 
Done my first ever cycle when i was 29. Almost 39 now. Didn't have any knowledge and was guided by an old timer body builder. So they didn't full with PCT as you know. I did 250mg/wk of test c then jumped it up to 500mg/wk after about 8weeks. Stay on this for about 12weeks i think it was. Seen some size but mostly in my arms but always gained about 7lbs of water weight and put on about 4-5lbs of muscle. Strength went up about 40lbs in the first two months i remember and i was hooked :) did loose some of the strength after about 5months of being off. Didn't cycle again for 5 years. Then once i started cycling again i learned that you do not blow up from using steriods like i was always told. It gives me more endurance in the gym and i can do more sets. But it depends mostly on how you eat!!! If you eat clean, high protein and high calorie diet while cycling you will do much better.

Yea that's kinda what I'm doing 3rd week in and just killing it doing way more reps and picked up 20 pounds on the bench press. I'm trying to lean Down I've dropped 12 pounds in 3 weeks but starting to see some good gains
