What I'm currently taking (week 1-3):
That's basically it, looking to add more peptides like wolverine and more very soon.
Notes:
For peptides, I'm pinning with a 5/16" 31g needle. For test, I'm pinning with a 27g 1/2" needle. I pin the shoulders for both peptides and test because it's the easiest and least sensitive spot for me so far. The PIP for GHK-Cu is definitely there, most likely from the high dose.
Main questions:
What supplements are a MUST?
Will any of this affect my growth plates or height?
Idk if my growth plates are open or closed, and if they are affected, how do I go about it?
May 2025 (Age 15, Turned 16 same month)
Obese at 230 lbs, manlet.
November 2025
Started GHK-Cu.
December 2025
Lost 50 lbs naturally from may.
January 2026
Hopped on reta.
February 2026
Dropped to 155 lbs.
January 2025 – April 2026
Had on and offs with reta.
April 2026 (Prime Physique)
Pretty solid build. Biceps were 16 inches. Around 19% body fat, I'm guessing. Was never ever happy with my physique, even at its prime.

Stopped going to the gym and haven't gone since. Never stopped taking reta. Wasn't eating much.

Turned 17
July 2026 (Current)
Dropped to 119 lbs. Lost a lot of muscle. Feel fat. Decided to hop on now and achieve what I want.
I just turned 17 and pinned test for the first time. I need help on supplementing and tips.

- test e 500 (Pin twice a week 250)
- 80mg Accutane (been running for months but I dropped it to 40mg today, and will drop it to 20mg once i finish my last boxes i have, around 50 days)
- Retatrutide 5mg a week (pinning once weekly)
- GHK-Cu 5mg daily
- oral Dianabol (Dbol) 30mg daily (splitting dose through the day with 10mg tablets (give me tips))
- Arimidex 0.5mg every time i pin test so twice a week (unsure on dose, help)
- oral minoxidil 2.5mg daily till i die
- oral finasteride 1mg daily till i die
- hydrochlorothiazide 25mg daily for debloat (i saw 1 TikTok XD)
- Cialis 10-20mg (i got 300 pills at 10mg each, unsure on dose yet)
- NAC 1200mg daily (600mg morning and night)
- Milk Thistle 1000mg daily (lmk if i should change dose)
- TUDCA 1000mg daily (lmk if i should change dose)
- Hydrocortisone 1% cream for nose
- Ivermectin 1% cream for nose
- Estriol 1% cream for skin
- Tretinoin 0.05% cream (twice weekly then up it)
- Sertraline 50mg Daily (probably will up it)

its just a kid with no clue wtf hes doing. A troll would've had tren in the mix 100% the multitude of empty vials is ridiculous lol
