Starting today I’m changing the diet, the direction, and the goal.

Lowering calories and adjusting the macros to wrap up the bulk phase and start a not too aggressive cut to bring back some quality and hardness that I’ve been missing for a while.

took me a few days to read through this. quite inspirational how you manage to stay so lean year round, I think it definitely has to do with clean food choices being so much better for our system. I am also happy to have seen cactus fruit in your fridge, it's one of my favourite fruits - so damn tasty!

I've read at one point you were doing 50mg dhb ed, when you first started dhb what was your dosing? I'm going to be running it in my upcoming blast and I'm thinking 300mg pw is a good place to start alongside 750mg test pw, I will be doing a clean (maybe not as clean as you) bulk. the amount of horsemeat I've seen hurts my soul, I visit two horses on the outskirts of my town quite regularly, giving them fruit and veg.

It’s been a while, but I remember running DHB at 100 mg per day, and other times at 50 mg per day.

Obviously, doubling the dose makes a noticeable difference, both in how it feels and in results, but 50 mg per day is enough for a decent cycle. With 100 mg per day, it’s excellent for a top tier cycle.

Right now I’m in a deficit, running a carb cycle to keep fullness and performance up while trying to lean out a bit and bring back some muscle quality hiding under that layer of fluff :lol

As for the “products,” keeping it simple, just testosterone and boldenone.

I usually keep Saturday and Sunday as rest days, but sometimes life gets in the way, so if I miss a weekday, I’ll take a rest day midweek and train on Saturday.
