How much is optimal for what we do?

Is two servings a day of this too much?

That would be 5760mg of EPA/DHA.

I would take 1 serving in the AM and the 2nd about 12hrs later. I'm all for it if it's beneficial.

That’s what I’d do, if you literally want the solution to majority of your issues taking a solid amount of epa/day I take 3000mg of fish oil daily and it just translates so well for me on bloods for my cholesterol and joint lubrication

I have taken fish oil for 30 years 4-8 grams a day. Was on 4 grams supplying 1 gr DHA and 1.5 gr EPA. As well as very high polyphenol EVOO and a healthy diet. Had my blood tested Omega 3 came in at 4.5. Moderate was 3.8-5.4 Optimal was over 5,5. So i up my dose and will be retesting in the future, Seems i don't absorb oil/fats well.
No way to know if something is at a good level without testing.
 
Assuming you’re looking to improve your cardiovascular health, EPA should be of focus. I take 5g epa and 2.5g dha ED.
