Have been bombarded with Chase Irons content lately, and one thing he seems to preach is adding electrolytes to ALL drinking water to manage high hematocrit.
Using GPT, I've concluded that there's some real science that supports this but I'm curious if anyone has actually used this in their supplementation/hydration and resolved their high hematocrit issues?
Side note; my hematocrit isnt high currently, but I have future plans that will make it high...
Thanks in advance for sharing.
