In the morning I'll just use cleanser, moisturizer and sun screen- spf 50.
In the evening after gym, I'll cleanse, moisturise and use 0.025% tretinoin.
Man oh man...tretinoin is amazing. Yall should definitely try it if you're unhappy with your current skin.
If you're happy with your skin condition and want to remain happy as you age, then you'll have to use tretinoin. It removes fine lines, wrinkles, uneven skin tone.

Drop your routine below !

I use a face wash at night year round. Just water in the morning. I only use moisturizer in the winter because my skin gets oily in the summer.

I have been considering Tretinoin for a while now. Is is really that much of a game changer?

Tretinoin definitely is a game changer. I started it on 26th of last month and I can already feel having the confidence of a better skin. It's not visible to others. Yet. But I definitely feel better in my skin. I used to have dark spots and they're slowly fading away now.

The important thing is that to use a moisturizer so that you don't end up having an irritated skin due to tretinoin. This is a common reason why people discontinue it. I'm sure you'll know it but I'm just saying.

I'm way too lazy to have that many steps in my routine

It seems like a lot but honestly it’s an extra 5 minutes to my morning and night routine so I don’t mind. Plus my girl throws a fit whenever I don’t so clear skin and happy girlfriend isn’t too bad. I would recommend a decent cleanser and moisturizer to everyone. For those with trouble body acne the salicylic pads are awesome and convenient.

Most of us spend countless hours and hundreds of dollars chasing our dream physique that I bundle skincare into that. If I want to look my best then why not make my skin look good as well.

Well said brah. This applies for people that are doing bodybuilding especially for the purpose of aesthetics

Not as bad as I thought. I do use a good aloe & hemp based cleanser daily at night. In the summer months I usually don't moisturize because my skin gets oily. I definitely use one in the winter months though or I'll get dry patches on my nose.

A solid moisturizer is great, I really like the one I listed because it’s super light and doesn’t feel oily.

Absolutely, one day I woke up and decided to take my hygiene seriously. I’ve never looked back. Nothing like looking and feeling your best.

I use dial soap bars . I use medium warm water to cold cold and I eat a pretty clean diet and drink much water. Not really a skin care routine . Investing in myself

I use this soap on my face and hair and alternate between this and Neutrogena Salicyic acid wash

Then I use a Microneedle at night before bed. The larger size. It actually will make bleed a bit. Then I apply a light coating of Hyularonic Acid in a base.
Works like a charm and has really evened my skin out big time and removed acne scars and wrinkles. Been doing it for months. It def takes months to work but it works very well and is affordable.

I started using tretinoin about a year ago, and wow—it really is a game-changer. I was skeptical at first because my skin freaked out for the first few weeks (peeling, redness, the whole purge thing), but once I got past that, my skin texture completely changed. Fine lines softened, and my skin just looks healthier overall. I pair it with a solid moisturizer and SPF 50 every morning—no skipping.I also tried cpin recently, and it took things to another level. My skin feels way smoother, especially around my jawline, which has always been a problem area for me.

well, tretinoin is not exactly the most user-friendly thing to apply to the skin.
sure, it works very well, like Isotretinoin or any acid derivative of vitamin A, even more so if you take it in pills so that it acts on the entire body and not just on the skin where you apply the cream

but the side effects, especially long-term...
those should also be taken into consideration

Water, sun, cardio and less processed sugars.

Skin care is for your girl.

I just use cocoa butter, picked the habit up from my past strongholds 😁

I saw on GymnTonic's website skin care products called Tallow by Cupids. Main ingredient is beef tallow. Definitely an interesting product to try.

That’s a well-balanced routine for acne-prone or oily skin. The cleanser and salicylic pads help keep pores clear, the tonic and spot treatment target breakouts, and the serum and moisturizer keep skin hydrated without clogging pores. Using SPF daily is essential, and your choices cover both face and body effectively.

Can one of you esthetician types recommend a good grommet bleaching technique?
I have a feeling that’s where we are headed anyway.
If I ever use skincare products for some reason. I want you to shoot me in the face with an AR.

What do you Indian guys use to get rid of those dark circles beneath your eyes? I notice other arabs with it too.

Not everyone wants their face to look a wrinkled up ballsack when they’re 40-50-60

But hey if that’s what you’re going for then do your thing man
