Just curious how long it takes for you to typically receive shipping updates once something is ordered? Placed an order on 9/18 but haven’t received any updates on the tracking link since?

HAve you contacted a rep from there? Check the sub forum for one of the active reps.

Spend a few minutes on this forum to educate yourself about tracking and why its not given.
Lots of good information to take in by reading here and monitor recent activities and gather inside knowledge.

And no, I'm not going to spoon feed you.
 
I have. The reply was to give it a few more days for international orders. That was 10 days ago. I was just trying to see what everyone’s experiences were with receiving orders to see what a reasonable expectation was on a timeframe?

No one is asking you to spoon feed. I’ve had really good experiences ordering from other suppliers that post on here and this was my first time using this supplier so I was just trying to get a feel for expectations/ experiences. Thank you for being so kind and helpful though :)
