My last show was in 2006 and my trainer had me rubbing Preparation H on my abs to tighten the skin... is this still a thing or is there something better out there?

My diet is on point... I'm 9 weeks out and can't wait.

Have a friend competing in July. In Boca I think.

That's my show... I'm 60+ and might enter Novice or True Novice... don't know the difference

I remember Prep H. There are specific creams now for that. I used BPI Sprots Shredding Gell and it worked great. Not sure if its still available.

I used Thomiucase in the 90s but had a coach tell me to use Prep H and Saran wrap my gut before bed.

It worked. (y)

IIRC the compound in preparation H changed (the one that would help with skin tightening/water loss) in the 2010s or something like that. I remember reading about it when I was looking at all the topical ab creams (like abliderate advanced and smolder and stuff)

What about that stuff they try to sell on infomercials for the eyes? Looks like it works on TV.
