Cant decide if i like these things or not. Some days i throw a few sets in. Usually i skip it.

For sure I’m way more into the ones with straight single load than those machines with one weight stack and like 537 pulleys.

Yes, I use the incline as a staple of chest day. The only drawback is getting the weight lifted from the starting position. If you're thick bodied and have bad shoulders, it is a precarious position to try and lift from. The handles are almost in your arm pits. As you lift heavier, it gets worse. I normally have to start from a standing position and wedge myself down while pushing the weight forward.

My gym is fully equipped with all types of hammer strength, but the incline and rhe isolateral seated row are my favorites.

Love the iso row. But being 6’3 I can’t use the chest pad for my chest. We have a wide chest press that fits like a glove though

Not the chest machines they never felt right to me.
Also, the Smith machine when I do chest or squats my shoulders and hips start hurting.

Absolutely love the Hammer incline press. It is my main movement for chest. Love it because you can really put some serious tension on the chest, particularly the upper chest, with little risk of injury or losing control. It allows for some really good negatives while offering stability. Absolutely love this machine!

Some planet fitness's have new hammer strength machines with stacks vs the rotational patterns that kind of limit the overall force path. They have OH press, Incline press and some row machines I think

In general i find the hammer strength line better then most others. But some pieces seem to fill a niche more then anything.
